Customer Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Worked Great then Didn't.
This machine worked great when we first received it. After 1 week it just stopped working. No power to the machine. The wife thought I had tripped a circuit breaker working in the garage but no, the machine just shorted out. Worked great until this little incident. The one thing my wife didn't like about it was the stop-and-pour feature. The pitchers would catch on the stopper and we had to put a finger on the stopper to straighten it out in order for the pitcher go back in. I could work it out but the boss didn't like it. Sorry, I wouldn't buy another.

Customer Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Not for emergency caffeine fix
I love the dual pots. I purchased this for the breakroom at my office. We brew decaf on one side and the real stuff/"high test" on the other side. The only drawback is that it takes a while to brew the pot. The joke is to put it on at the start of your shift so it's ready by coffee break time! The coffee is good, though. Definitely recommend the purchase.

Customer Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - COFFEE MAKER DO'S & DON'TS
DO NOT POUR COLD WATER IN THE RESIVOUR. IT LEAKS. DO NOT SET UP THE NIGHT BEFORE, IT WILL LEAK ALL OVER. IF YOU MAKE THE COFFEE JUST BEFORE YOU HAVE SOME, IT WORKS WELL. IT DOES MAKE A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE. MY ONLY CONCERN IS THAT THE WHOLE UNIT LEAKS WATER FROM UNDER THE UNIT. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE IS A CRACK OR CRACKS IN THE UNDERSIDE OF THE DUAL STRUCTURE. ALSO CHECK THE MANUFACTURE PRICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE FROM AMAZON, AS AMAZON WAS OVER $50.00 OVER THE MANUFACTURES PRICE LISTING. I WASN'T TOO HAPPY ABOUT THAT. WHEN NOT LEAKING, IT MAKES GOOD COFFEE.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Coffee for work place
I purchased this coffee maker for use at work where we have about 10 coffee drinkers. We all love the machine! It is very easy to use, and each pot is usable separately. We like being able to get both pots ready at the same time but wait to make the second one until we need it. The coffee is always fresh, but being able to prep the 2 pots at once makes it a more efficient use of time. The coffee brews a little slowly, but tolerably. Baskets do not require filters and they remove for cleaning, but we find we like to use cone filters anyway for faster cleaning. I recommend this machine if you can wait a few minutes for the first cup to come out. Good product for the price!
